Description
Welcome to Sunset Lakes and Disney Dream Villa. This beautiful five bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home at Sunset Lakes is situated in a secure gated community. This community is located three miles south of Disney and boasts a large lake with boat dock, community swimming pool and children's play area.
Our luxury villa has a large south facing private screened pool with optional heating available backing onto a conservation area. The pool deck has plenty of comfortable pool furniture complete with cushions, a barbeque, outdoor lighting and enlarged covered lanai with light and ceiling fan for al-fresco dining or as a retreat from the Florida sunshine.
Our five bedroom executive home is beautifully furnished in a modern contemporary style and is inviting and relaxing, especially after those busy days in the theme parks. The house features a large open plan layout incorporating a formal living and dining area adjacent to an open plan kitchen and breakfast area. There is also a family room area opening out on the pool deck. There are two master bedrooms both with large luxurious bathrooms, the first master opening out on to the pool area and the upper floor master opening out on to a private balcony. The third bedroom is a double room located at the top of the stairs overlooking the pool to the rear. The fourth and fifth bedrooms are twin bedrooms separated by a bathroom. We have also a games room in the garage which has pool table, darts, football table and also a seating area.
Location
Our villa is located in Sunset Lakes which is just off the 192 between markers 4 and 5 and is located within seven minutes of Disney's main gate. Located nearby is the Formosa Gardens Village which has a Winn Dixie for groceries, a UPS post office, Liquor store and many restaurants including the Outback. There is crazy golf nearby and also a number of golf courses. Access to the Interstate 4 is only a short drive, where you can find access to Seaworld (exit 71), Discovery Cove (exit 71), Universal Studios, International Drive and many more. For shopping there is the Mall at Millenia at exit 78 and for discount brands the Premium Outlet at exit 68. Our villa is located at the end of a cul-de-sac in Sunset Lakes and is overlooking a conservation area which is very private. Our villa has a large south facing pool which boast sunshine throughout the day with a large deck area.
