Fabulous 5 bed Villa furnished to a very high standard in one of the most sought after estates in Florida. CumbrianRetreat is within a gated community with ornamental lakes with walks play areas and fishing.
The Villa has safety fence and hand rails fitted to both the pool and large Spa, the Spa is fully automated at the touch of a button. Plenty of poolside furniture for all to enjoy meals by the pool.
All bedrooms have TV with cable service and a 50" TV in the lounge. A full Computer with broadband is permanaent as is Wi Fi throughout. Full size pool and air hockey tables, soft darts and a bowling game for all ages with table and chairs in the games room.
