Description
Our home is a luxury 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa with heated pool and spa. The southeast facing pool has an extended deck area, the perfect place to relax, unwind and soak up the Florida sunshine. There is a furnished lanai with barbecue, ideal for al-fresco dining.
The spacious interior is fully equipped and furnished to the highest standard. The bedrooms consist of a Master with en-suite, a double and a Twin. There is a games room with quality pool table and air hockey. The home contains many other extras including Large screen LCD TV, Free WiFi, Playstation 2 with a selection of games, Cable TV in every bedroom and for our younger guests, travel cot, high chair and stroller. Our guests also benefit from free local and international telephone calls.
There is a seperate utility room with washing and drying facilities, iron and ironing board. The home is fully air-conditioned for your comfort and provides heating for the rare cool days.
This villa is the perfect getaway for all families with plenty to keep the kids occupied while Mum and Dad relax by the pool.
Location
Only a few minutes from the I-4, situated on Highway 27, the prestigious Calabay Parc is set in peaceful surroundings of pine trees and nature reserves. There is a recreation area on site with a play park.
Calabay Parc is within 10 to 15 minutes of Walt Disney World and close to many other major Orlando attractions, including Sea World and Universal Studios.
Golf courses are plentiful in the Sunshine State and within 2 miles is the Greg Norman designed Champions Gate.
Supermarkets are close at hand with a large Publix and a Walmart Superstore within 4 miles north on Highway 27.
In case of emergency there is a medical centre and a pharmacy within 5 minutes and when the hunger starts there are plenty of Bars, Restaurants and Take Aways all within a few miles.
