Description
Our beautiful 2,200 sq. ft. home is located in the modern sub-division of Sea Colony, Gulf Landings on the Gulf Coast of sunny Florida. It has 4 Bedrooms (King, Queen, 2 twins bedrooms) and 2.5 bathrooms and is minutes from the Gulf Coast and our Private beach.The large heated pool has been provided with loungers and has a dining area to allow you to enjoy the outdoor dining experience poolside. Imagine evenings grilling by the pool on the charcoal grill!
You can also relax in the family room with lots of natural daylight watching TV, playing the games supplied, surfing online or just enjoying the peace.
The well equipped kitchen has all you will need for home cooking, with side by side fridge/freezer, microwave and coffee maker. There is also a formal dining area off of the kitchen.
The en-suite master bedroom boasts a California king bed and has access to the balcony overlooking the pool area.
The 900 sq. ft. tiled game room has a variety of activities including a pool table, air hockey and more. It also has access to the private swimming pool.
We also have expanded Cable TV, Wireless DSL and free local/national calls.
Our Rental Charge is US$ 995.00 a week all year round

Location
New Port Richey is ideally located on Florida's Gulf Coast. With sandy beaches, an abundance of golf courses and excellent average temperatures year-round. The outdoor life is true Florida living.Within a short drive to the world famous Clearwater beach, and only 30 mins from Busch Garden and Adventure Island, you can chose the best of both worlds for your vacation. Included is a guest pass for our private beach, less than 5 minutes away
Within a mile of the vacation home (which is west of US 19), are restaurants, coffee shops and supermarkets. The area also boasts cinemas, antique shopping, water sports, and fishing close by.
The local parks host festivals, concerts and funfairs year-round.
Just south are the sponge docks at Tarpon Springs, - a great place to visit the Greek quarter and watch the dramatic sunsets while enjoying some fine Mediterranean cuisine
Then of course, there are the beaches! - This is why regular vacationers to the area stay on the Gulf Coast and relax. Often, we host guests who have already spent a week in Orlando, and need to relax after the hustle and bustle of the Orlando demands, before heading home exhausted!
We strongly recommend that you check availability before making any travel arrangements.
Peak times are booked many months in advance -Book early - we have regular guests who come back year on year.
Most bookings run Saturday to Saturday but exceptions are often made if availability allows
