Description
The Pines at Calabay Parc is a beautiful 4 bedroom villa with private pool on a conservation plot facing a pine forest affording maximum privacy. The pool faces South West and has the benefit of the Florida sunshine from early morning until nightfall. Many upgrades and extras are included with free wireless broadband throughout the property, luxury sun loungers, a BBQ, sun parasol, games room, 51 inch TV, Cable, DVD, CD Stereo & Radio and TVs in all bedrooms. We have an alarm system, a safe for your valuables and plenty of toys and games for the children. There are 2 master bedrooms both with en suites, 1 with a King Size bed and the other with a Queen Size bed. The games room has a table tennis table, an 8 foot pool table and an exercise bike. A selection of DVDs, videos and books are available free of charge. A high chair, cot and stroller are also available free of charge. The Utility Room has a full size washer and a separate full size drier plus ironing board etc. Free Local phone calls are included. Golf Courses nearby include Champions Gate, Highlands Reserve and Southern Dunes to name a few.

Our beautiful villa is built on a premium lot located in Calabay Parc, a superior development close to Orlando's main attractions and is fully furnished, air conditioned and equipped to a high standard. Calabay Parc is within 10 to 15 minutes of Walt Disney World and many other major Orlando attractions, including Sea World and Universal Studios. Calabay Parc is approximately 1 hour 30 minutes from the Kennedy Space Centre and within easy travelling distance of both the Gulf and Atlantic Coasts with their miles of beautiful sandy beaches. Calabay Parc is also within a few minutes of a number of championship golf courses including Champions Gate (5 minutes drive) with its two beautiful and contrasting courses. There are numerous restaurants and shopping opportunities nearby including the recently opened Posner Park retail outlets (5 minutes drive) which includes J.C Penney, Belk, Best Buy, Books-A-Million and many more. The screened private pool (28ft. by 14ft) looks onto a pine forest and has a covered lanai and extended sun deck with a range of luxury pool furniture and a gas barbecue. The sun deck faces South West and receives direct sunlight from early morning until sundown. The villa meets all fire and safety regulations and is security alarmed.
