Shipping

We currently offer free shipping on all orders.
Once your order has been placed, our orders take 1-2 business days to process. All orders are dispatched from our Mumbai, India warehouse. Orders placed on the weekend or public holidays will be processed the following business day.
Please allow an additional 2-3 business days for dispatch during sale periods.
Once your order is shipped, your order will be delivered within 5-10 business days. Please note that delivery timeframes are in addition to processing times.
We recommend that you regularly check the websites of our shipping partners to take notice of any delays that are being experienced within their network.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email containing a tracking link. This information can take up to 24 hours to update after your order has been shipped.
We ship on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means that all relevant import taxes and duties are included in the price of the product so there will be no hidden fees when your order arrives at your destination.
Note that duties and taxes are non-refundable.
If you have entered an incorrect shipping address on your order and your order has not been shipped, please contact our customer care team at support@summeraway.com as soon as possible.
Please note that once your order has been shipped from the warehouse, we are unable to change the shipping address.
Returns
All garments eligible for return must be lodged into our return portal within 14 days of delivery. After this 14 day period, all sales are final.

Please note that all returned garments must be in original condition, unworn, with all the tags attached and in the same packaging that they arrived in. If your return does not meet this criteria, it will be the customer's responsibility to have their items collected from our warehouse.
To return your item/s, please read our returns policy to check your item/s are eligible for a return. If your item/s meet the conditions of return, you can submit a returns request via our online returns portal.
Returns may take up to 3 to 5 business days from the date of delivery to be assessed and processed by us. Once processing is complete, you will be notified via email.
If your return is eligible for a refund, the amount (less sales tax, duties, and the original shipping fee) will be credited back to your original payment method. You’ll receive an email notification once the refund is processed. Please allow 5–7 business days for the amount to appear in your account.
If you have purchased an item using a credit note, you will be issued a new credit note as your refund type.
Unfortunately, exchanges are unavailable at this time.
If you receive a faulty item, please contact us at support@summeraway.com with your order number and a photo of the defect. Our Support team will assist you promptly.
If the item is deemed faulty, we will offer a replacement. If a replacement is unavailable, a refund will be offered. Items damaged by normal wear and tear, misuse, or failure to follow care instructions are not considered faulty.
Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for refunds or store credits. Final sale products are labeled as “Final Sale.” All items purchased during our sale will only be eligible for store credit.
Summer Away does not cover return shipping costs. We recommend using a traceable service as lost returned parcels are the responsibility of the customer.
Summer Away only accepts returns for orders placed on our website. If you purchased from a Summer Away stockist, please contact the retailer directly for assistance with your return.
Orders
All store credits issued as a refund method will be issued as a gift card. You will receive this gift card on your order email. The email will contain a voucher number that you must apply to your cart. The voucher will remain valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
Note, store credits can take up to 3 business days to process once your return is received.
If you would like to make updates to your order and your order has not been shipped yet, please contact our customer care team as soon as possible.
Please note that once your order has been shipped from the warehouse, we are unable to change the shipping address.
If you no longer wish to proceed with your order, our Support Team will be able to facilitate a cancellation at your request. Please contact our customer care team urgently.
Unfortunately, once an order has been picked and packed, we are unable to make any changes to your order.
Once you purchase a gift card, it will be emailed to you automatically.. A unique code will be issued to the email address entered at checkout.
To redeem, enter your unique gift card code in the ‘gift card’ box at checkout and click apply.
Products
Please read the washcare label in your garment to care for your Summer Away pieces and extend its longevity.
Dry Clean Only: Garments with this care tag need to be professionally dry-cleaned. The process involves a cleaning method using a solvent other than water.
Hand wash: These garments must be washed by hand and cannot be put in the washer. Please do not wring or twist as this can distort the shape of the garment. You can then reshape the garment and lay flat to air dry.
Wash Cold: Select cold water on a gentle setting on your washer. These garments should be laid flat to air dry.
