Shipping Policy
We offer free shipping on all orders.
Orders are shipped within 2 business days of purchase. All orders are dispatched from our Mumbai, India warehouse. Please allow an additional 2-3 business days for dispatch during sale periods.
Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed within 24 hours on the next business day.
Once your order is shipped, your order will be delivered within 7-10 business days.
You can track your order via your shipping confirmation email or by logging into your Summer Away account. Please note that it may take 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

To ensure your order reaches you safely and on time, a signature is required upon delivery. Please make sure someone is available to sign for your order.
If no one is available to accept the delivery, FedEx will hold your order at the nearest FedEx facility. You can pick up your order from the facility within 3-5 business days.
Please note that Summer Away and the shipping carrier are not responsible for any loss or damage that may occur after the order has been delivered or collected from the FedEx facility. We encourage customers to ensure someone is available to receive the package to avoid any inconvenience.
In case the shipment remains undelivered and is returned to us, a store credit will be issued for the order value, less the return shipping charges incurred.
We ship on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means that all relevant import taxes and duties are included in the price of the product so there will be no hidden fees when your order arrives at your destination.
Note that duties and taxes are non-refundable.
For orders with pre-order items, we’ll follow standard processing procedures, but will ship a little later. You’ll find the estimated shipping date on the product page, and we’ll send you a confirmation email as soon as your order is on its way.
Pre-ordering secures your favorite styles, especially since they’re limited in availability. If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, the in-stock pieces will be shipped along with the pre-order items at a later date. We recommend placing separate orders if you would like to split deliveries.
